ENDA Episode 256 → The time when ENDA started his journey (Part 3)

In Part 2, we explained how the race began in the Grand Line of VFX, until a certain event happened.

But we never fully explained what that event was.

Back when ENDA was about to graduate, it was 2023. We were approaching the middle of the year; September was getting closer, and graduation was almost here.

The possibility of starting work with one of the biggest crews felt within reach.

Sadly, a great tempest arrived in May, and the environment became more hostile than ever.

If getting in had been difficult before, now succeeding felt almost like a miracle.

ENDA saw many big and small ships being destroyed by the tempest. Some turned to dust. Others lost their way because of the continuous storms. And many sailors and travellers tried to abandon their ships to save themselves before being swallowed by the waves.

It felt as though every window of opportunity had suddenly been shut.

And all the effort that had gone into reaching that point seemed to have been for nothing.

ENDA felt as if the little boat that had carried him so far had finally been destroyed, leaving him to sink into the depths of the sea.

And from that moment on, things started taking a very different turn.

But that will be for another episode.
