ENDA Episode 198→ The time when ENDA ponders about writing (Part 3)

In a previous episode, I mentioned that I pursue writing projects as a side quest alongside all my comp work, and that I might eventually talk about them.

For obvious reasons, I can’t disclose everything because they’re still unfinished. But I can share this: ENDA has been working on his own film trilogy for years.

ENDA doesn’t know whether it will ever be filmed, or even read by anyone else, but he does know one thing: he wants it finished before his time in this world runs out. So he’s trying to make progress, one step at a time.

The first film’s script hasn’t been touched in a while. He’s still figuring out how to connect Acts 2 and 3 organically, and more importantly, how to push the story beyond the introduction.

The second film is clear in planning, step by step. The problem? Only the first few pages exist. Act 1 isn’t even complete yet.

The third film is surprisingly the most advanced in terms of writing. Like the second, the plan is clear from beginning to end, but the script itself is still only around the first half. ENDA is trying to finish this one first, because it’s the closest to being complete.

And if you paid attention to Part 2 of this series, you’ll already know why none of them has been finished yet: ENDA is scared of himself when he writes, because he can’t stop, and that could become unhealthy in the long run.

But thankfully… or maybe unfortunately… ENDA has found another way to satisfy those writing cravings, and you would never guess how.

But that will be for another episode.
